Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bizwebmart.com (“BizWebMart”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, creating an account or submitting a listing you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us immediately at contact@bizwebmart.com if you believe your account has been misused.

2. Listing submissions

  • Only the owner of a business, or a person authorised by the owner, may create or manage its listing.
  • Listings must be for a genuine business operating in India and must be placed in the correct category and location.
  • Photos, logos and text must belong to you or be used with permission, and images must follow the upload limits shown on the form.
  • One free listing is allowed per eligible account, unless a package allows more.

3. Accuracy of information

Listing owners are responsible for keeping their business information accurate, complete and up to date, including prices, contact details, hours and services. BizWebMart may edit listings for formatting, category placement and policy compliance.

4. Review, approval, rejection, suspension and removal

  • Every new listing and every significant change is reviewed before it is published. Payment does not bypass this review.
  • We may approve, reject, request changes to, suspend or remove a listing that is incomplete, misleading, duplicated, unlawful or that breaches these Terms.
  • We may act on reports of incorrect information and on removal requests from authorised business representatives.

5. Free and paid features

The free listing provides a basic profile. Paid packages may provide an enhanced profile, more photos and services, higher placement on category pages and eligibility for featured placement, as described on the List Your Business page at the time of purchase. Placement is decided by the published sorting rules and is not a guarantee of any number of views, calls, enquiries or search engine rankings.

Links from listings to business websites carry nofollow or sponsored attributes. BizWebMart does not sell links intended to influence search engine rankings.

6. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include or exclude GST as stated on the pricing page.
  • Packages run for the period shown at purchase (for example one year) and do not renew automatically unless you choose to renew.
  • When a package expires, the listing returns to the free listing features but stays published.
  • Package fees are generally non-refundable once the enhanced features have been activated. If a listing is rejected before activation, or if you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a refund review. 7. Third-party businesses and interactions

Businesses listed on BizWebMart are independent third parties. Any transaction or communication with a business is between you and that business. Please verify businesses before making decisions; see our Disclaimer.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not:

  • submit false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful or unlawful content;
  • list prohibited goods or services, or impersonate another person or business;
  • post fake reviews, review your own business or offer incentives for reviews;
  • send spam, scrape the website at scale, upload malware or try to bypass security measures or the CAPTCHA;
  • use the website to harass users or businesses, or to collect their information for unsolicited marketing.

9. Intellectual property

The BizWebMart name, logo, design and software are owned by BizWebMart. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. By uploading content to a listing you grant BizWebMart a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the website and in related promotion of the listing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizWebMart is provided “as is”, and BizWebMart will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your dealings with listed businesses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to BizWebMart in the 12 months before the claim. [Legal review]

11. Changes

We may change the website, packages and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes
