BizWebMart is a directory, not a service provider

BizWebMart does not itself provide, sell, guarantee or supervise the products or services offered by the businesses listed on the website. Any agreement, purchase, booking or appointment is made directly between you and the business you contact. BizWebMart is not a party to that arrangement.

Where listing information comes from

Information on listing pages may be supplied by business owners, added by our team from publicly available sources, or obtained through other legitimate means such as information shared with us by the business. A “Verified” label means that our team has checked some basic details of the listing at a point in time. It is not a certification, licence, endorsement or guarantee of quality.

Listings marked “Sample” are fictional demonstration listings created to show how the website works. They do not represent real businesses.

Before you hire, buy from or pay any business, please independently verify its identity, registrations or licences, credentials, prices, terms, warranty and the quality of its products or services. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and may not reflect your experience.

Disputes with listed businesses

Subject to applicable law, BizWebMart is not responsible for any loss, damage or dispute that arises from your dealings with a listed business. If you have a complaint about a business, please contact the business first. You can also tell us about it using the “Report incorrect information” link on the listing page.

Trademarks and intellectual property

Business names, logos, trademarks, images and other content shown on listing pages belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on BizWebMart does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement of BizWebMart.

Paid and featured listings

Some businesses pay for an enhanced profile or for featured placement. Featured and sponsored placements are labelled. Links to business websites from paid listings carry an appropriate nofollow or sponsored attribute.

Corrections and removal requests

If a listing contains incorrect information, please use the “Report incorrect information” link on the listing page or write to contact@bizwebmart.com with the listing URL and the correction.

If you own or are authorised to represent a listed business and want the listing removed, use the “Request listing removal” link on the listing page or write to contact@bizwebmart.com. We may ask for reasonable proof that you are authorised to make the request.

We review correction and removal requests through a reasonable process and aim to respond within 7 working days, subject to applicable legal requirements.
